3A Molecular Sieve Raw Powder

3A zeolite molecular sieve raw powder is a synthetic white powdery with good shape selection adsorption, catalysis and ion exchange properties. It can be processed into spherical, bar-shaped or irregular shapes by mixing with added materials such as binders. The original molecular sieve powder can be made into a molded molecular sieve after high temperature roasting or directly roasted to be activated powder (that is activated zeolite powder or powdered molecular sieve)

4A Molecular Sieve Raw Powder

4A zeolite molecular sieve raw powder is widely used in the production of polyurethane and other polymers, which can adsorb impurities such as moisture that affect product quality without changing the physical and chemical properties of the product itself. Molecular sieve raw powder are mainly used to produce molecular sieves, it can be processed into spherical, strip or other irregular shapes by mixing binders, kaolin and other materials.

  • Made into molded molecular sieves after high temperature calcination
  • Directly calcinated at high temperature to make activated zeolite powder.

After adding binder molding and processing, it can be used for following applications.
